Pastor Latunya Farr was introduced to the apostolic faith by a co-worker and was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1998 at Bethesda Temple Church. And became a member in 1999 under the leadership of Bishop James A. Johnson and Pastor Julian Johnson.

 

She was called into the ministry in 2005 and has served as Sunday school teacher, Bethesda Temple Bible Institute Professor, Director of the Evangelism & Outreach Ministry, and President of Midwestern District Council International Missions Department.

 

She has completed mission work in Port-au-Prince & Leogone, Haiti, Ghana West Africa, Johannesburg South Africa and Puerto Rico.  And is currently working on a Child Advocacy Campaign to help children in abusive conditions around the world.

 

On November 4, 2016 Evangelist Latunya Farr was called into the pastorate.  And began the Mission Apostolic Church on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

 

She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Master of Theological Studies from Urshan Graduate School.
